I’m a South Monterey County Realtor who believes real estate should feel real—honest, local, and built on relationships. I grew up in King City back in the late seventies when my dad worked at Fairway Market on Broadway. We moved to Salinas in the 80s, but this town always stayed in my heart. When the time was right, my wife and I came home and bought our dream place on Division Street—our forever home.

I don’t do corporate scripts or pressure tactics. I show up, work hard, tell the truth, and deliver results. My approach is simple: treat people right, outwork the competition, and earn trust every step of the way. That means strong communication, smart strategy, and staying hands-on from the first conversation to the closing table. For home sellers, I offer full-service professional marketing for just 1% listing commission—because real estate should be fair, honest, and local.

When I’m not negotiating deals or creating property marketing, you’ll find me cruising my old VW truck, hitting a workout, tackling a DIY project, or hanging out with my wife and our dogs.
